盒马鲜生的网点布局研究

摘要:随着电子商务的快速发展,主要的B2C电子商务企业展开了激烈的竞争,主要表现在页面展示、价格战、物流配送等方面,特别是分销竞争更加激烈。为了在页面上推广到极限,到最低的价格,以及缺乏资金自建的电子商务公司物流系统,便捷高效的物流配送成为了吸引客户,维护客户满意度的重要芯片。盒马鲜生是一个综合性的电子商务企业,随着订单数量的增加也出现了上述问题。本文提出了盒马鲜生问题的解决方案,其主要思想是调整分支机构的建立。该方法对提高盒马鲜生的回收率和置换过程,提高客户满意度,提高盒马鲜生综合实力具有十分重要的作用。本文首先介绍了盒马鲜生的基本情况,从自身和行业的角度出发,发现盒马鲜生存在的问题,并提出建立网络的想法,并分析盒马鲜生的可行性。其次,在对自述点布局的原则、目标、影响因素和客户需求进行详细分析的基础上,从现有的社会资源中选取合适的候选点。在此基础上,建立点数目最小为目标函数,服务能力和服务半径,封面模特的合作成本作为约束条件,通过模型的启发式算法,分销网络计划,最后给出建议合作盒马鲜生认为,用于参考相关企业设置点。

Study on the dot layout of the box.

Abstract:with the rapid development of e-commerce,the mainly B2C e-commerce enterprise launched a fierce competition,mainly displays in the page display,price wars and logistics distribution,notably the distribution competition more intense. For a promotion on the page to reach the limit,to a minimum price,and the lack of funds self-built logistics system of e-commerce companies,convenient and efficient logistics distribution became to attract customers,maintain customer satisfaction important chip. The box horse is a comprehensive e-commerce enterprise,with the increase of order quantity also appeared the above problem. This paper puts forward a solution to the problem of box horse freshness,and the main idea is to adjust the establishment of dot. This method will play a very important role in the improvement of the replacement and replacement process,the increase of customer satisfaction and the overall strength of the box horse. This article first introduces the basic situation of box of raw ma,respectively from the point of view of themselves and industry found the box of horse fresh problems,put forward to set up the idea of the network,and analyzes the feasibility of box of

raw ma set up to the point. Secondly,based on the detailed analysis of the principles,objectives,influencing factors and customer needs of the self-mentioned point layout,the suitable candidate points are selected from the existing social resources. On this basis,establishes the point number minimum as objective function,service ability and service radius,cover model of cooperation cost as constraint conditions,through the heuristic algorithm of the model,the distribution network plan is obtained,finally,cooperate with box horse fresh ideas Suggestions are given,which provides the relevant enterprises set up to the point reference.
