二、 活动目地及意义：
回顾本年度我院学生会工作，总结我院学生会在本年度所取得地 成绩，从而吸取宝贵地经验?表彰优秀个人和团队，以保持不骄不躁地 作风，迎接新地挑战，用心做好每件事情，精益求精，为实现创建一 流学生会地目标奋进.精品文档收集整理汇总版权文档-请勿用做商业用途
三、 活动时间：2013年1月11日（星期五）15 : 30—一 17:30
四、 活动地点：行政楼二楼阶梯室（暂定）
五、 活动对象：中LU市技师学院学生会全体成员

“回首”视频播放（10分钟）
各部门代表总结（35分钟）
新、老成员各2名代表总结（25分钟）
主席团代表总结（10分钟）
颁发聘书及优秀成员证书

主持人做总结，大会结束（合影）
八、 注意事项
所有参与人员要准时到，不得迟到，若有急事，应向部长请假并
向主席团负责人请示?
大会期间不得大声喧哗，遵守大会秩序 ?所有成员须听
从指挥.
各部长应积极主动配合现场大会安排，带动现场气氛
在活动举行前要做好应急方案，以防活动期间出现任何纟比漏.
