Unit2 The apples are falling down the stairs. 一、教学内容:如何用英语来说明自己正在做某事，因此不能做另
外的事。
二、教材分析：本单元将重点通过讲述正在发生的事情，学习如何向他人寻求帮助，并根据客观情况说明自己能否向他人提供帮助。

六、教学过程 Step 1
Warm up
进行 SB Unit1 activity 1 的活动。
三人一组，分别扮演 Daming, Simon 和 Simon"s mother, 表演故事或配音，加上动作、表情。
Step 2 Task of showing
1. Make sentences
全班分成三组：Group1，每人写一个句子的主语和相应的 be 动词（am/is/are）； Group2,每人写一个正在进行的行为（动词或动词短语的“-ing”
形式）；Group3，每人写一个地点或场所（包括介词）。然后每组派一人，连成一个有趣的句子。E.g.
The ducks are─ watching TV─ at the supermarket.
2. Text import
T:Let"s play a game "the best live narrator"(评最佳直播解说员)。根据 module 4 Unit 1 的课文，谈论关于寻求帮助和提供帮助的话题。
设计意图：继续复习如何讲述正在发生的事情。
Step 3
Text teaching 1. Make sentences
T: Show the cards and make sentences(提醒学生注意卡片各部分对应的内容)
The apples are

2. Look and listen(SB Unit 2 Activity 1) Ss: Underline the new words.(j 教师板示学生提出的 new words) T: Explain:What a mess!(一团糟).
Ss: Read the words and sentences. Game: Spell the words in groups work. Ss: Listen and read the text. (以小组为单位自由谈论），Then Act it out. （可以四人一组分角色表演) 3. Learn SB activity 4:Learn the poem.
Listen to the tape, understanding of poetry to the effect. Then learn to
imitate.(提醒学生注意诗中人称的变化)。
Step 4
Practice 1.Talk about photos. (谈论正在发生的事。) 2.Do the exercise of unit 2 : 说说图中的人在做什么（用现在进行时）
如：In this picture, the man is washing the floor.
Step 5 To complete the task 1.Do the exercises:AB unit2,exercises3(让学生说说需要如何变换动词的形式：Ss: talk--talking，pick--picking, fall--falling...
2.Play a game:"the best live narrator"(评最佳直播解说员)。先熟读 module 4 Unit 2 的课文，谈论关于寻求帮助和提供帮助的话题。然后开展活动。
活动方式：一名学生到教室前随意走动，做各种动作，其他人用现在进行时的语言对其进行“现场直播”。评出最佳直播员。
